Returning your goods is simple - each order comes with a returns form and instructions on how to complete. If you are anything less than delighted with an item for any reason, you can send it back to us within 28 days of receipt. You may return any item in a condition of reasonable care (ie a resaleable condition) for a refund for the price of the goods.
If you wish to exchange your item for a new size simply complete the form, send back and we will gladly exchange the item(s) and send the new one out for free. If you would like a refund, we will return the payment to you by the same method you originally paid by. Follow the returns form, wrap securely and send it back to our address listed below (We even include a returns label).
We will refund the purchase price of the returned goods. However, the delivery charges will not be refunded. Refunds are usually processed within a day after the goods are received back at Stand-Out.net, but may take longer to appear on your account statement (Funds leave our account immediately but can take up to 5 working days to show back onto yours). We will email you to confirm a refund has been made. Faulty goods are fully refundable, inclusive of delivery, return and other extra costs.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
