When donning the denim, think about what sort of look you want to achieve. If the likes of James Bay and Harry Styles are your fashion inspiration, then opt for a size or two bigger than your usual. This means if you start to feel like you’re living in the Antarctic, you can button up and you have instantly gained a second layer. The second is to sport a denim shirt (leaving the top 2-3 buttons undone) alongside a warm coloured cable-knit jumper. This works really well with colours like burgundy and dark brown and will help keep you wrapped up if the weather takes a turn for the worse.
