Ibiza Rocks – So Should Your Wardrobe!
What to Wear in Ibiza
Are you constantly spending your days dreaming about the summer sun? Have you already booked a lad’s holiday to Ibiza or Marbs? Then you’re going to need to read this!
The last thing you’ll want is the end up on Bora Bora beach dressed like you’re ready for a night out in Sugar Hut.
So before you pack your suitcase and head to Amnesia, read through our top tips to help you survive the summer madness.
Ibiza Essentials
It goes without saying you’re going to need the essentials for a party holiday. Sun cream, bug spray…. And we all know what comes next! But when it comes to fashion essentials, good accessories go a long way. Sunglasses, traveller’s bracelets, head bands and even bobbles – depending on your length of hair, all of these are must-haves when visiting the island.
If your hair is lengthy, try putting it in a headband or a pony tail to keep it away from your face during those sunny days. This will help you stay cool and look good at the same time. You won’t walk five minutes down Playa Den Bossa strip without seeing a guy sporting a man-bun or a pony tail.
To match this party look, team up accessories with your outfits (this is always fun). Try to stick with the “beach vibe” and opt for traveller’s bracelets, pendants and snapback hats for the best results.
Ibiza Pool Party
Get your funkiest pair of sunglasses at the ready because your about to be sprayed with a ridiculously expensive bottle of champers! We realise that you won’t want to get your best pair ruined (or most likely lost) but it is still important that you’re making an effort to look your best.
Check out these Ray-Ban Black Cockpit Sunglasses which should please your bank balance and work their magic at a pool party.
Rave
Most guys think that going to a rave in Ibiza involves wearing a tie-dye tee with some John Lennon style sunglasses and their best pair of huarache trainers and whilst they’re not far off, opting for the “understated but edgy” look would work much better.
Trainers are everything when raving it up and shuffling for hours on end in a pair of uncomfortable trainers can be a living hell.
These Black New Balance 840 Trainers will see you through. Versatile and stylish they provide the Ibiza edge you’re looking for and will go with the majority of outfits you already have in your wardrobe.
Beach Club
For those of you who have joined the “Speedo Club” we suggest you politely resign for this party trip. Not only will you stand out like a sore thumb and have your parts on show to the world, but it’s just an outright no-no when partying on the island.
We would suggest a super-sick pair of swim shorts that can also qualify as part of your daytime outfit (which means you won’t have to change during the day).
These Aquascutum Vicuna Carlton Swim Shorts are your go-to trunk. Team these up with a black tee and a pair of Havaianas and as simple as that you’re good to go!
Hangover
You’re already cringing at the thought of lying on your bed, probably in a cheap hotel room (with the worst air-con system you’ve ever seen) debating whether the night out was worth the way you are feeling now. But the right chill-attire will help you get that little burst of comfort you so desperately need.
Our 11 Degrees Smoke Plain Tracksuit should do the trick. This terrific two-piece will keep you cosy and is also appropriate for walking around the hotel to go and get some comfort food.
The best thing about this tracksuit is you can mix and match the long bottoms with a pair of 11 Degrees shorts (or the jacket with a tee). Check out our full range here.
