It is also full of protein, minerals, fiber and essential fats. Quinoa is also gluten free which is great for your digestive system and leads to feeling fuller for longer.
This super little grain has been proven to reduce cardiovascular disease, boost your immune system and is great for anyone with high blood pressure or Type II diabetes.
It’s important to remember that we are what we eat and no diet works the same for any two people. What we can control is the quality of the food we put inside our bodies and in order to live a healthy, happy life you should try and eat as many superfoods as possible.
