The Franklin and Marshall brand is an interesting combination of Italian design and American style. Back in 1999 a pair of designers started the Franklin and Marshall label in Verona, but not with the aim of producing classic Italian couture. The inspiration for the company came on a London second hand market where the company founders came across a sweatshirt from Franklin and Marshall College in the USA. They loved the iconic look of this sweatshirt and a casual menswear brand was born.
Franklin & Marshall - A Style Evolution
The Franklin and Marshall look still very much revolves around American college aesthetics, but it has evolved and takes in other aspects of contemporary fashion, which makes sure that the garments appeal to a wide audience.
